Well, it took me both hands (and both knees!) to get this cover on, but it fits my 15" steering wheel well and is incredibly soft. I've noticed no shedding as of yet, but it's a recent purchase. It has a nice cushiony feel. I feel it's well worth the cost. Toasty!I buy my partner a ridiculous steering wheel cover for every vehicle we own. This is by far the fluffiest and most warming one we’ve enjoyed. I do wish it wrapped around the steering wheel more as the seam is uncomfortable on my hands but the guy who uses it everyday has no complaints. Super simple to slip on and not so fluffy that you can’t see your odometer. I’m going to put one in all our work trucks eventually. No shedding at all.I LOVE this. I have a hard time finding a steering wheel cover that does fit weird. The elastic ones tend to fit very strangley and are way to thin so it defeats the purpose. This one, even being elastic, its amazing. Nice and thick, keeps my hands pretty warm even though I don't think that was the purpose, and it's very stylish.
