Unfortunately these only fit one of our two cars.It fit the Kia Soul, but did not fit the Toyota Corolla. Guess I’ll give it to my daughter and hope it fits one of her family’s three cars.I use this tray frequently. It's used for eating in the car and when I have to write in the car. It's used most often attached to the steering wheel but my family members will use it by resting it on their laps in the passenger seat for the same purposes and they've all said they want one now. it does not take up much room in the car (sedan) but if you don't want it in the cabin you can store it in your trunk. It could also be useful at home for someone that is bedridden and just needs a firm surface to write on while in bed. We like this tray and will purchase another in the future.It is working out for me. It tends to tip upward because of how thick my steering wheel is but it's OK. I like the fact that it's easy to clean, to store between the seats and middle table, plus I really like the full handle.Due to steering wheel thickness and size , desk does stay on , nor in horizontal, flat plane.should have a chain or rope [ inexpensive addition to support desk in flat position.I absolutely LOVE this!!As somebody who spends hours everyday in their car, I can confirm that this is a worthwhile and high quality purchase.It’s perfect for eating lunch, doing homework, or even just propping up my phone to watch Netflix.I love this and I will be using it on a daily basis!Not really my go to tray.So much better than trying to balance food on your lap in the car!
