Nice toy, smaller than I thought it would be but still good. Would be better if it actually played the "wheels on the bus" song. My son is 2 and he loves it anyways. For the price I felt this item should've been bigger. It's not nearly as big as it looks in the pictures. It's cute with all of its different buttons and noises and litte gadgets but sometimes the doors stick when trying to fold it up and the top doesn't always align well at first try. The key can be tricky as sometimes it turns too much and doesn't turn on or u turn it too much and feel like you're breaking it. My kid liked it buy lost interest after a few days and honestly I wouldn't have bought it for the price if I knew it was as small as it is.Bought this for a birthday gift for a little boy turning six with autism his mom says he loves it but it was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be other than that it’s a great toy.We have 9 grandkids and they all love this! The toy arrived today and we quickly put batteries in for my 2.5 yo to play with. He loves how realistic this bus is, it even has only one working turning signal!Interesante jugueteYellow bus with lots to do and play with. Fast delivery, would buy from again. Thanks. It was initially smaller than what I was anticipating- I purchased two for my daycare. What I dislike and plan on returning this item is because it’s suppose to be a school bus. On the safety button, one of the phrases is “please do not smoke in the carriage”- it refers to the school bus and talks about smoking.Unfortunately I don’t feel like it’s a suitable toy with the phrases they use and extremely disappointed.I really wanted to review this cute little bus toy as there were a lot of mixed reviews already. We wanted to get a steering wheel for our 2 YO for her birthday, and this bus seemed to be the best option as there really aren't too many non-stroller wheels available. So after seeing her paly with it for the weekend and assessing it myself as a parent I wanted to pass on what I've learned of this toy (Sorry for such a long review). Our daughter has been in love with this toy! however, I can see that being very kid specific. She's been into anything with wheels, trying to drive the wheels on her stroller or climbing into our car's driver seat. If your kid isn't into this type of play I'd say they will still enjoy it (there are lots of buttons!), but it's possible they may lose interest with some of the quirks of this toy.I do find that most of these quirks, material quality preferences and missed feature opportunities are more of a bother to me than they are to my child. But this is because I'm analyzing them for technical use, rather than funness.First off the quality of the entire bus: The plastic is a little bit more on the hard brittle side, than a soft solid material. The small key that comes with it is a hollow blown plastic and it all feels a little stiff.FEATURES:**The bus has a small gray lock/key on the top of the bus that looks like a bus exhaust or fan. This snaps off easily (our 2 YO can put it on and off with no help).**Once this is removed the sides and back of the bus pull down to expose the inside. These bus sides are a little awkward to push down. The hinges used curl the sides down as expected, but then you need to pushed them down vertically to get them level with with the floor. It's extremely awkward for me as an adult/parent, but doesn't actually seem to be slowing my kid down at all.** You NEED to turn the key in the ignition slot to activate ALL the sounds/buttons. The key is attached to the yellow fob, with two red push buttons that don't work (it doesn't hold batteries). As you turn the key it will make a classic bus sound of an engine turning on. Once you do this it stays activated for an hour or so to be able to use all the buttons on the bus. The key, however, is too long for the slot, causing it to only go in about half way and it wont stay in (despite the photos on amazon showing otherwise), so it's a little less interactive and realistic in this manner.**The steering wheel is quite small, but perfect size for a toddler and it turns 45* to either side. There's a horn button in the centre and the left/right turn signals both make a sound for about 10 seconds.** A gear shifter with 3 gear positions. When in Reverse it beeps as a real truck would and in Drive it makes accelerating noises.** The gears on the end panel all turn with the handle on the green one, though there's no noise from these or any other function.** The card reader beeps when you place the little card on top. The number showing is just a sticker and the beep is very quiet. The card does fit snuggly into the slot beside it, keeping it from falling out too easily.** The arrival stop button has 3 sounds. (A bus pull ding, stopping breaks, and a train crossing noise.)**There are a bunch of buttons on the right side, that each make their own sounds. If your kid likes buttons, they'll probably enjoy this bus too.4 BUTTONS:Music - plays 10 songs, most of which are noticeable tunes (ode to joy, twinkle twinkle, happy and you know it, etc.) and these tunes all play for 20 seconds each.Laughter - a short 5 second sound of kids laughing.Vehicle - It makes 10 different vehicle noises (bus, train, ambulance, bicycle etc.).Safety tips - It says a single safety tip phrase (this ones much less impressive than the others)In the end there are so many fun interactive features to this toy that most kids will find some fun to it. In bus mode the wheels move and can be driven like any truck style toy. And when open there's so many options for little fingers to explore and it's all easily activated by a toddler. The quirks of this toy are mostly aspects that would improve it overall, but don't hinder it's actual use.The noises all vary in sound level, some are fairly quite, while others are quite loud. The bus sides will open slightly if not locked with the gray key, where as the back has a snap hook. This part being lost could easily be avoided by making it a snap closure for all sides instead. The plastic is a bit cheap, especially the key fob. It's holding up to my 2 YO dragging it everywhere and crashing it into walls when driving, but it may not have as much longevity if it were a slightly higher grade and less hard plastic. The hinges are unnecessarily complicated. I really don't know why they down just fold straight down and require this weird leveling. The key fob should have working buttons and it'd be a huge bonus if the card reader had a digital display showing different prices or making other noises. As I said earlier, all of these quirks are purely things that I would change or are bothered by as an adult. My toddler has had no issues playing with this fun bus and even had her older cousins wanting to try it out because it was so fun.Toys are kid specific, but most kids will enjoy the variety of buttons and imaginative play this little bus offers.
