Before purchasing the Motor Guard stripe eliminator wheel, I tried every product designed for this purpose, including liquids, paint removers, scrapers and several other similar looking items, from unknown manufacturers, up to and including 3M. NONE WORKED !. I came upon the ad from Motor Guard by accident, and figured "OK, here's one more that will be wasted money and time." Wrong ! this thing works, exactly as described, maybe even better. In about twenty minutes, I cleaned off the remaining glue residue and what was left of the 2" stripe on a 1987 model car that has come to be my test for this kind of problem.
