Product arrived promptly. Excellent quality and very heavy duty. Upon taking inventory of parts, it was missing some hardware to complete installation. Called company to let them know and they were very good with customer service. They were apologetic and willing to send out the missing shock washers and nuts quickly. I declined simply because it would have cost them more to ship the parts than to just get the hardware at my local hardware store. Installation was quick and easy. The only thing that the installer must be careful of is to keep adjusting the position of the passenger side bracket to make sure it clears everything while moving the steering back and forth. Very easy install otherwise.The JL is known for steering wobble and JEEP has a recall to install a heavier duty stabilizer, which helped but did not totally eliminate the problem. THIS product COMPLETELY solved the wobble. IT is like driving a different vehicle. Steering is very stable, no wandering, no wobble over rough highway road at speed. The product installs with the stock Rubicon JL suspension and it works ! I highly recommend it.
