The SkyShield 5th Wheel RV cover appears well made and light weight compared to other covers I've used. The top/roof is made of multiple layers with "Tyvek" and the sides are a light translucent color of "poly" material similar to a parachute. The lower portion of the sides (skirts) are of a similar material as sides except black color. Air vents are provided along the rooftop edges for ventilation. The lower ends of front and rear sides have stretch bands that retain the cover under the RV. The front and sides have multiple horizontal straps that are adjustable to hold the cover in place. Zippers are provided for access to the entry side and on the rear for a toy box. I have two AC units on the RV and the forward unit causes the cover to lift up too high along the forward sides. As a result the side skirts do not drop completely down to the lower edge of the RV although the rearward sides are ok. I have had the cover on for a couple of weeks and subject to rain and winds up to 24 MPD. The cover has not pulled off the RV and no tears can be seen. I did install protectors on the roof downspouts and on the cover points of the AC units and solar panel to help prevent punctures and tears. I used short pieces of foam noodles to slip over the downspouts and tennis balls cut in half on the AC and solar panel points. Overall, the product appears to be of very good quality and is holding up well.
