I purposely paid more for this wheel instead of many other wheels because of the ergonomic foam cushioned handles shown in the picture. Also the picture shows the tire tread appears somewhat flat and like a faded black rubber. Well, it came with cheap hard black plastic handles like you would find on a cheap plastic kids scooter. And the tire tread is super hard cheap plastic with rugged slotted knobby treads. the whole thing is a piece of junk. The red wheel itself is so thin you can see through the plastic. And i would only roll this thing on a mat you dont like. it would destroy any floor other than concrete. Very disappointing!!! Dont buy this one!
